Bolton Wanderers confirm ticket details for Accrington semi-final

Ticket details have been confirmed for Wanderers’ Papa Johns Trophy semi-final against Accrington Stanley.

The Whites have been allocated 2,607 tickets for the fixture, which takes place at the Wham Stadium on Wednesday, February 22 (8pm).

They are priced at £20 for adults, £15 for over-64s and students, £1- for under-18s and £5 for under-12s.

Tickets for the fixture go on sale to season ticket holders at 10am on Thursday, January 26 and will be limited to one per person.

The general sale will begin at 10am on Thursday, February 2 subject to availability and will again be limited to one per person.

Supporters are required to become official club members in order to purchase a ticket during the general sale.

Official coach travel is available and is priced at £13 per person. Official bus travel is also available for £8 and all vehicles will leave the University of Bolton Stadium at 6pm.

Fans who require wheelchair and disability seating should contact Wanderers’ ticket office directly on 01204 328888.

Ian Evatt’s men are just one step away from Wembley after overcoming Portsmouth in the quarter-final. Jon Dadi Bodvarsson got the decisive goal that night.

Wanderers also overcame Barrow and Manchester United Under-21s in the knockout rounds after finishing top of Group B.

Meanwhile, Accrington knocked out Lincoln City on penalties in the previous round following a 2-2 draw at Sincil Bank.

The Whites ran out 3-2 winners when the sides met at the Wham Stadium back in October thanks to goals from Kieran Lee and Dapo Afolayan, as well as a Harvey Rodgers own goal.

They also came out on top when the sides met at the UniBol last April, with Bodvarsson bagging a brace that day.

Accrington currently sit 20th in the League One table – one point above the drop zone despite having played at least one game fewer than the sides around them.
