Freddie Mercury death – Brian May and Roger Taylor share tributes | Music | Entertainment

Brian posted a snap on Instagram of Freddie smirking in the 1970s, when he had long hair. The guitarist simply captioned the post: “Love ya Freddie. Bri.”

Meanwhile, Roger Taylor shared a black and white photo of him and the Queen singer back in the same period and labelled it: “Memories.”

Some fans may be wondering where a tribute from John Deacon is, however they shouldn’t expect one nor hold it against him. The bassist retired from music 25 years ago and lives a secluded and quiet life in South-West London out of the celebrity spotlight.

Nevertheless, other touching tributes from the Queen family have been posted.
